Terms of Use and Sale

Genmotion.design (“we”, “us”) turns a website URL or a short product description into a motion design video using AI. These terms cover the use of the service and every purchase. By creating an account, you accept the terms of use. Before each payment, you accept the terms of sale by ticking the box provided.

Genmotion.design is published and sold by Ellioth Boulandet, sole trader (French entrepreneur individuel, EI) under the micro-entreprise scheme, SIRET 979 815 271 00023. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the prices shown are what you pay, with no VAT. Contact: ellioth@genmotion.design. Genmotion.design is for businesses only: individuals or companies acting for their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity. By placing an order, you declare that you act in that capacity. The service is not offered to consumers, so the rules of the French Consumer Code that protect them (right of withdrawal, consumer mediation, legal guarantee of conformity) do not apply to your purchases.

Genmotion.design is software. It does not provide motion design agency services: no custom work by a designer, no rounds of revisions. An agency often charges several thousand euros and takes several days; that choice remains yours. Genmotion.design is built for people who need to move fast on their launch: the video is ready in under an hour.

Offers and their prices are shown on the Plans page, before any payment:

• single video: one video, paid once;
• Pro: a plan with five videos a month, four paid and one free;
• Launchers: a plan based on a number of launches a month, from 6 to 30, chosen with the slider. One launch is one video, and the price is the price of one launch times the number chosen.

Pro and Launchers are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly, every unit price is 20% lower, the whole year is paid at once and the year's videos are added as soon as you pay.

Prices are set and billed in euros. Outside the euro area, the Stripe checkout page may offer the amount in your local currency: Stripe converts it at its own rate, which includes its conversion fee, and plan renewals stay in that currency. You can also pay in euros, in which case your bank applies its own rate and fees.

You choose an offer, tick the two boxes shown before payment (acceptance of these terms, with your statement that you are acting for your business, and the request for immediate performance described below), then pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. The order is final as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Every video is paid for before it is generated: on its own, or with one video from a plan. Plan invoices are available from “Manage billing” on the Plans page.

Generation starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. The video is usually ready in under an hour in your dashboard, where you download it without watermark. If a generation fails on our end, write to us: it is run again at no extra cost.

A plan renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the billing you chose, until you cancel it. Unused videos roll over to the next period, up to two months of your plan.

You can change plans from the Plans page: the new plan starts the day you choose it, you pay for it then, and the videos you already have stay yours. With Launchers, adding launches keeps your renewal date: you only pay for the launches you add.

You can cancel at any time from “Manage billing”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your remaining videos can be used until then, after which they expire. The current period is not refunded.

Before paying, you ask for performance to start as soon as the payment is confirmed: your video credits are added to your account, or your single video is generated right away. A purchase made for your business does not carry a right of withdrawal. Should you nonetheless be considered a consumer, you waive that right for each video delivered by ticking the box provided (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

A delivered video is not refunded. If something went wrong on our end (a failed generation, a corrupted file, a duplicate charge), write to us: we run the video again or refund you.

If a delivered video does not match what was ordered or does not play, write to us: it is brought into conformity, or refunded if that is not possible.

You're responsible for the URL, text, and brand details you submit, and confirm you have the right to use them (for example, that you own or represent the product or site you're generating a video for). You own the videos you generate and unlock. We don't claim any rights over them beyond what's needed to produce, store, and deliver them to you.

Don't use Genmotion.design to generate content for sites or products you don't have the right to represent, to scrape or reproduce copyrighted material without permission, or to attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service (including its usage limits).

Genmotion.design relies on third-party providers (AI models, cloud rendering, payment processing) to generate and deliver videos. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for failures caused by those providers being unavailable.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting an account also stops its plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.

These terms are governed by French law. If you disagree with us, write to us first: we look for a solution with you. Failing that, the dispute goes to the competent court.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we update the date at the top of this page. A purchase remains governed by the version accepted when it was paid for.
