Terms of Service

Genmotion.design (“we”, “us”) turns a website URL or a short product description into a motion design video using AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Generating a video and watching the watermarked preview is free. You pay a one-time fee to unlock and download the final, unwatermarked file for that video. There is no subscription: payment unlocks the specific video you paid for, and separately resets your free-trial count for future videos.

Because the final video is generated and delivered immediately after payment, sales are final once the file has been unlocked. If something went wrong on our end (a failed or corrupted render, a duplicate charge), contact us and we'll make it right.

You're responsible for the URL, text, and brand details you submit, and confirm you have the right to use them (for example, that you own or represent the product or site you're generating a video for). You own the videos you generate and unlock. We don't claim any rights over them beyond what's needed to produce, store, and deliver them to you.

Don't use Genmotion.design to generate content for sites or products you don't have the right to represent, to scrape or reproduce copyrighted material without permission, or to attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service (including its free-trial limits).

Genmotion.design relies on third-party providers (AI models, cloud rendering, payment processing) to generate and deliver videos. We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for failures caused by those providers being unavailable.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
